If you don’t know the past, you won’t understand today and can’t build the future

„Stupidity pushes forward to be seen, while wisdom steps back to observe.

Only two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity — and I’m not sure about the universe.“

— Carmen Sylva & Albert Einstein

Stupidity is loud, demanding, and often blind. Wisdom stays quiet, learns, and understands.

The Vanishing Mind

Alienated from His Origins

The human of the 21st century has forgotten himself.
He was once a hunter, a gatherer, a creator of his world.
Today, he is a consumer.

He no longer knows how food is produced.
He doesn’t need to hunt an animal, cultivate a field, or tend a fire.
He goes to the supermarket—takes, pays, leaves.
Electricity comes from the socket.
Water from the wall.
Everything is there—but nothing has meaning.
Nothing has value.
He lives in an artificial paradise he no longer understands.

A Life Without Responsibility

Because man no longer has to struggle, he loses life as a challenge.
Because he no longer has to create, he loses the ability to think.
Because he is no longer responsible, he loses all measure.

A vacuum emerges.
And this vacuum fills with noise, distraction, absurdity.
Adult sports as surrogate purpose, reality TV for mental kindergartens.
Hours of numbness through images, voices, dramas—without relevance, without depth.
“I’m a celebrity—get me out of here” is not entertainment.
It is a symptom.

The Rule of the New Sects

In this spiritual emptiness, others take the helm.
Parties, NGOs, media conglomerates—they operate like modern-day sects.
They dictate what is right.
What is wrong.
What may be said.
What must be felt.

They moralize, emotionalize, manipulate.
They offer no orientation—they incapacitate.
They tell people how to live, how to speak, how to think.
Dissent is criminalized.
Independence is slandered.
Deviation is erased.

And the people?
They follow.
Because they have forgotten how to trust themselves.

Ruled by Manufactured Fear

Instead of solving real problems, they invent artificial threats.
A new catastrophe every day.
Climate panic. Pandemic. Energy crisis. Gender debates.
An endless stream of outrage and alarmism.

Every molehill becomes a mountain—as long as it serves.
Not to enlighten.
But to control.

Because those who are afraid, do not think.
And those who feel guilty, do not defend themselves.

The Great Dumbing Down

The youth no longer need to understand—only to obey.
Knowledge is no longer sought—it is delivered.
Prefabricated answers instead of open questions.
Conformity instead of insight.
Conditioning instead of education.

Those who truly listen will hear the decay:
Empty phrases, spoken shells of words, intellectual malnutrition.

Most bitterly of all:
Those who lack any depth themselves try to sell their shallowness as truth.
They don’t just take over people’s thinking—they forget how to think in the same breath.

The Shrinking Consciousness

Humans once had no time for such nonsense.
They had to survive, to grow, to understand.
Today, they have everything—and become smaller.

They no longer evolve—they degenerate.
Not physically—but mentally.
The brain shrinks, because it is no longer challenged.
It dies—amid wealth, distraction, and constant entertainment.

The Final Question

Man is not becoming smarter—only more comfortable.
And comfort is the prelude to surrender.
He first gives up his responsibility.
Then his thinking.
Then himself.

What remains is a society without origin—and without purpose.
Without questions—and without answers.
Without stance—and without consciousness.

This statement is not a call for revolt.
It is a warning.
And a reminder:
Man is more than what he is currently reduced to.
